Terravolt — Website design & development for a renewable energy company
(01)About
Terravolt designs and installs solar, wind and energy-storage systems for homes and businesses. They needed a website that explains a technical offer in plain language and makes clean energy feel tangible — not a brochure of spec sheets.
We designed and built the site end to end: structure, content hierarchy, visual language, motion and a bilingual EN / UA front end.
(02)Challenge
Renewable energy is easy to talk about and hard to show. Terravolt's offer spans five services, a long project lifecycle and numbers that only matter in context — gigawatts, uptime, communities. The site had to earn trust with homeowners and commercial clients alike, stay light on every device and still feel premium.
(03)Solution
We built the page around full-bleed imagery and video of real installations, paired with a calm off-white palette and a single electric-lime accent. Content is split into short, scannable chapters: the mission, the services, measurable impact, the technology and field stories.
Big numbers carry the story, while cards, counters and scroll-driven reveals keep a long page moving.
(04)Development
A hand-built, framework-free front end with GSAP ScrollTrigger animations, smooth scrolling and lazy-loaded media. Live date and time in the header, an EN / UA language switch, cookie consent, a validated contact form and full SEO / Open Graph metadata.
The layout is redesigned for phones rather than just shrunk — every section, card and counter has its own mobile composition.
