Terms of use
This website is run by REZN Studio, London (“we”, “us”). By using it you agree to these terms.
Content
All work, images, text and design on this site belong to REZN Studio or to our clients and are shown for portfolio purposes. Please don’t copy, reuse or republish them without written permission.
Enquiries
Sending a message through the contact form is not an order or a contract. Any project starts only after we agree scope, timeline and price in writing.
Liability
We keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for websites we link to.
Privacy Policy
REZN Studio takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it and how we look after it. It applies to all pages of this website.
1. Definitions
- “REZN”, “we”, “us” — REZN Studio, London, the studio that runs this website and decides how personal data collected on it is used.
- “You”, “User” — any person who visits or uses this website.
- “Personal data” — any information that identifies you directly or indirectly, such as your name or email address.
- “Processing” — anything done with personal data: collecting, storing, using, sharing or deleting it.
- “Cookies and local storage” — small pieces of data a website saves in your browser to remember your settings between visits.
- “IP address” — the network address of your device, which every website receives technically when you open a page.
2. General provisions
By using this website you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please stop using the website.
This Policy covers this website only. We are not responsible for other websites you may reach through links on it — they have their own policies.
We do not check the accuracy of the details you send us, so please make sure they are correct.
3. What data we collect
We only collect the personal data you choose to give us when you fill in the contact form (“Let’s talk”):
- your name;
- your email address;
- your company or brand name (optional);
- the services you are interested in and your approximate budget (optional);
- your message describing the project.
Like every website, our hosting provider technically receives your IP address and basic browser information when you open a page. We do not use it to identify you.
4. Why we use your data
We use your data only to:
- reply to your enquiry and discuss your project;
- prepare a proposal, timeline and budget estimate;
- keep a record of enquiries so that no message is lost;
- contact you about our services — only if you have asked us to or we are already talking about a project.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we never sell it.
5. How we process and store data
When you send the contact form, your message is delivered to our studio inbox through our email provider Resend and saved in our website storage on Vercel. These providers process the data only on our behalf, so that the form works.
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to talk to you and, if we work together, for the duration of the project and the period required by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
We may share personal data with public authorities only when the law requires it.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, change or disclosure.
6. Cookies
The website remembers your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage. We do not run analytics or marketing trackers unless you allow them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
7. Obligations of the parties
You agree to provide accurate contact details and update them if they change.
We agree to:
- use your data only for the purposes listed in section 4;
- keep it confidential and not sell, exchange or publish it, except as described in section 5;
- protect it with appropriate security measures;
- correct, restrict or delete your data when you ask us to.
8. Your rights
You have the right to ask us what data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. To use any of these rights, write to hello@rezn.studio. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK — the Information Commissioner’s Office).
9. Liability
We are not responsible for disclosure of information that was already public, that you disclosed yourself or agreed to disclose, or that was obtained by third parties through unlawful actions such as hacking despite our security measures.
10. Disputes
If you have a complaint about how we handle your data, please write to us first. We will reply in writing within 30 days and do our best to resolve it.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The new version takes effect as soon as it is published on this page; the date at the top shows the latest update. Questions about this Policy can be sent to hello@rezn.studio.
